2. Serwis umożliwia dostęp do kursów elektronicznych, w szczególności z zakresu marki osobistej, automatyki przemysłowej, programowania sterowników PLC oraz pokrewnych technologii.

3. User (You) – any natural person using the Website and services offered through the Website.

§2 Terms of service provision

1. Access to the courses offered on the Website requires the User's registration and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Courses are provided exclusively electronically.

3. Purchased courses are digital in nature. Therefore, there is no right to return the product or withdraw from the contract after access to the course has been obtained.

§3 Personal Data

1. The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

§4 Payments

1. The course prices are provided on the Website and are gross prices.

2. Payment is made through the electronic payment systems provided on the Website or on the basis of a VAT invoice in the case of a B2B contract.

§4 Copyright

1. All materials available as part of the courses are protected by copyright and constitute the property of the Administrator.

2. Copying, distribution, or sharing of the materials with third parties without the Administrator's consent is prohibited.

§5 Complaints

1. Reklamacje dotyczące działania Serwisu należy zgłaszać pisemnie na adres e-mail: office@sintegration.pl.

2. Complaints will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt.

§6 Final Provisions

1. The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Each change shall take effect upon publication on the Website.

2. Using the Website signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

3. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court for the Administrator's registered office.
